Jeffrey P. Rumley
Vice President and General Counsel
Rumley oversees legal services for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and its various subsidiary corporations. He joined the company in 1992. Rumley holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy and his juris doctorate from the Detroit College of Law, Michigan State University.
